RHS Member's Day at Hampton Court Flower Show
The Royal Horticultural Society, the world's largest such garden oriented group, puts on several incredible garden shows each year. You've no doubt heard of the Chelsea Flower Show held in London each May - in fact, many of you have probably attended that incredible show with us.
The Hampton Court Palace Flower Show opens at 10 a.m. and you will be there when the gates open! This flower show is larger than Chelsea, though just as special. While Chelsea is the best of the best, Hampton Court still maintains those excellent standards, and adds wonderfully whimsical feel. For example, some of 2016 show gardens were named "Mind the Gap," "Wormhole," and "A Dog's Life Garden" among others. You'll be personally escorted to the Show's front gates to enjoy Member's Only Day. Breakfast is included this morning.

They have free tours on the hour, and this small garden packs a significant historic punch (and has a unique, albeit small, gift shop).
You may want to consider attending a matinee while you are in London - a city with wonderfully small theaters, and a great variety of shows. This link (opens in new window) will take you to a listing of shows available with a Thursday matinee.
Or, consider joining our Blue Badge guide for a wonderful day out to Leeds Castle & Garden, her favorite of the palaces. Breakfast included.
