Day by Day Schedule

Sunday, June 22 ~ Early evening departure for London. Airfare available from many U.S. cities, call for pricing and schedules. D, B (in flight)

Monday, June 23 ~ Arrive London. Private guide and motorcoach transfer to the four-star Jury’s Kensington Hotel with select flights. Before check-in we’ll enjoy a short stop at a lovely English garden where you can explore the gardens or have a snack in their café. Relax this afternoon or watch non-stop BBC TV tennis coverage. Included welcome reception and dinner with all Wimbledon travelers this evening. D

Tuesday, June 24 ~ Free morning. Afternoon departure with coach and private guide for London Highlights tour to help acquaint you with London’s history and neighborhoods. Great Italian Dinner (included) in the theatre district before we go to the theater to attend one of London’s top shows. B, D

Wednesday and Thursday, June 25 and 26 ~ Everyone has tickets for one full day reserved Center Court seats and an additional day with Court 1 or Court 2 seats. Enjoy great tennis on all 19 courts with the end of the First Rounds and beginning of the Second, or join us for Middle Round action – anytime at Wimbledon is a great time to be at the courts.

Our Huron Valley guide will escort you from the hotel, via Underground, to Southfield’s Station (closest to Center Court), where you can walk or take our private bus (your choice) to the Main Gate and our gorgeous Wimbledon Hospitality Tent.

In the tent you will receive some nice Wimbledon souvenirs, pick up the day’s order of play, enjoy the lovely facilities complete with coffee, tea, hot lunch buffet, and free drinks, and be guided to your reserved seats. You are free to come and go as often as you desire to catch your favorite players whose play is listed in your program. Return to the hotel whenever you choose. B, L

Friday, June 27 ~ A completely free day to explore London as you wish. Maps are provided as well as full day passes and instruction on London’s subway, the Underground. B

Saturday, June 28 ~ Enjoy an additional free day exploring London on your own or join our optional full-day trip to Brighton or to Oxford and Stratford-upon-Avon. B

Sunday, June 29 ~ Sadly the week has passed far too fast. Our private coach takes you to the airport for your departure arriving home the same day or, HVT can help you extend your stay or continue on to other destinations if you desire. You will enjoy watching the rest of Wimbledon on TV at home and pinch yourself every once in awhile. B
